This Privacy Policy explains how PDS 212 Form Filler handles information when you use the Android app. The app is developed and published by Jib Bernal.
Information You Enter
The app lets you enter information into fields based on the Personal Data Sheet. This may include personal, family, education, employment, reference, identification, and other information that you choose to type into the app.
How Information Is Stored
Information entered in the app is stored locally on your device. The app uses Android encrypted storage where available. If encrypted storage is not available, the app may fall back to private app storage provided by Android.
The developer does not operate a server for collecting your form entries, and the app does not require you to create an account or sign in.
PDF Export
The app can generate PDF files from the information you enter. PDF export is started by you, and Android asks you where to save the file. Once exported, the PDF is controlled by you and by the apps, folders, cloud services, or people you choose to share it with.
Backup And Restore
The app can create a backup file when you choose the backup feature. Backup files are encrypted by the app before being saved to the location you select. You are responsible for keeping exported backup files secure.
The app can also restore data from a backup file that you select. Restoring a backup replaces the current form entries in the app.
Android System Backup
Depending on your device, Android version, manufacturer behavior, and Google/device backup settings, Android's own backup or device-transfer features may process app data. This is separate from the app's manual backup feature and is controlled by Android and your device settings.
Data Collection And Sharing
The app currently does not transmit your form entries to the developer's servers. The app currently does not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or account services.
The app may open your email app if you tap the developer contact email. Any email you send is handled by your chosen email provider.
Ads
The app currently does not display third-party advertisements. If ads are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the app's Google Play disclosures will be updated before or at the time those features are released.
Data Deletion
You can delete saved form data inside the app by clearing individual pages or using the app's factory reset or clear-all option. You can also delete the app from your device to remove app-local data, subject to Android and device backup behavior.
Exported PDFs and backup files are stored wherever you chose to save them. To delete those files, remove them from that location manually.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children. The app is intended as a utility for users who need to fill out a Personal Data Sheet.
Security
The app is designed to keep entered form data on your device and uses Android storage protections where available. No method of electronic storage is perfect, so you should protect your device, exported PDFs, and backup files with appropriate care.
Changes To This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app changes, including if future versions add ads, analytics, cloud features, account features, or other third-party services. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
